Vendor Opportunities

Join St. Vrain Habitat for the 58th year of the Longmont Gift of Home Tour. We are looking for décor and home goods stores and professional decorators to partner with us. Vendors decorate a Longmont tour home or a portion of the tour home and receive the opportunity to showcase and sell their products in a unique setting at the start of the holiday season.

Your participation will make this community event a huge success!

What You Will Do - 2 Options

Your business keeps 100% of the profits from sales!!

Donations welcome!!
Many vendors choose to donate a percentage of sales OR host a paid giveaway.

Decorate a tour home for Christmas

  • Create a design plan for your assigned tour home or rooms of a home

  • Order and provide all decorating items

  • Decorate the home with your team during the week of the tour. Volunteers are available to help at your request only (request must be made by Nov 10th)

  • Price all items and arrange a portable/on-site payment system for sold products

  • Provide a trained representative (yourself or members of your team) to staff the event (i.e. answer questions, take payment, etc.)

  • Lead pick-up and distribution of items after the event

  • Un-decorate the home on Saturday and Sunday post-event

  • Best for these types of vendors: Florists, Gift Shops, Décor, furnishings, and/or holiday-themed stores (Local Longmont is a bonus, but not required!)

Participate in the Christmas Marketplace in a single house

  • Set up and staff a booth (1-2 tables, counter space, or a room depending on the size of home) to sell your products

  • Have a portable payment system available for purchases (we heavily emphasize no cash/credit is best)

  • Minimum requirement is for the length of tour hours (3 days - 4hr shifts)

  • Possible opportunity to sell products during Opening Night Party (to VIP guests)

  • Best for these types of vendors: Small local businesses - kitchen goods and towels, candles, accessories, knitted goods, small arts items, pre-packaged snacks, stationary and greeting cards, small Christmas gifts, Christmas ornaments, and other small items ideal for a table booth (Local Longmont is a bonus, but not required!)
