1. Advertising specifications & deadlines listed below & will be included in your confirmation packet.
    

2. Complete the sponsorship questionnaire [see below]. This information is critical as it will help Habitat communicate with you in a clear and timely fashion and appropriately acknowledge you and/or your company, family, or organization.
    

3. Click 'Submit Sponsorship' below to pay online. You will be redirected to an external site -
   St. Vrain Habitat's secure PayPal page. 
    

4. If you wish to pay by check,

   • make check payable to: Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley 

   • include 'GHT 2023' in the subject line 

   • mail checks to: Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley, Attn: Hannah Williams, PO Box 333, Longmont, CO, 80502
      

5. Sponsorship questionnaires and monies must be received by August 1st (Gingerbread and Apple Pie) or September 20th (Candy Cane, Hot Cocoa, and Marshmallow) to receive the full benefits of the majority of advertising perks. Sponsorships officially close on November 1, 2024.

* PayPal will send you an electronic acknowledgment receipt upon completion of your sponsorship payment. Habitat will send an official email confirmation of payment receipt and your sponsorship packet within 3-5 business days. You may specify in your sponsorship questionnaire that you would like to receive your receipt and packet via mail. Allow 7-10 business days for the packet to arrive by mail. ​
