Who does the tour benefit? Proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley. Habitat is dedicated to providing affordable housing for low-income families in the St. Vrain Valley School District and Estes Park. Since 1988, St. Vrain Habitat has partnered with hardworking families, building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. Tickets are not tax-deductible as you receive an item in exchange (entrance to the tour) at fair-market value.
What do tickets include?
Opening Night ticket includes first night access to all the tour homes, light bites and non-alcoholic holiday beverages, unlimited return admission on Friday/Saturday of the tour, and other holiday surprises. Vendors keep 100% of their proceeds, unless they offer to donate a portion of sales, so YOUR ticket purchase IS the fundraiser for Habitat.
General Admission ticket includes tour admission on Friday or Saturday at all four homes, the opportunity to browse and buy, and warm up with a hot beverage at the Habitat house. Vendors keep 100% of their proceeds, unless they offer to donate a portion of sales, so YOUR ticket purchase IS the fundraiser for Habitat.
What is the Senior Discount? NEW THIS YEAR!! Habitat is offering a senior discount to adults age 55+ at the ReStore or online. Ticket price for Opening Night is $40 for seniors. Ticket price for General Admission is $30 for seniors.
